Why Us
Since its inception, Kickin’ Tickets, inc did not follow the path of so many others before us. A business model was created which was less focused on profits and more on customer service. Taking to heart the goal of exceeding your every ticket need, we restructured the ticket business from the ground up going well outside the boundaries than any other.
Putting Service Back In "Customer Service"
We did not stop at providing our customers with the largest selection of seating options at the best possible prices; that was only the start. Besides the many points of interest including independently owning all our web servers, integration of proprietary software, and landmarks of the like; what could be considered of most value to our customers is that all of our representatives are well versed in every aspect of the ticket industry. Our courteous staff are always willing to assist with any advice to help you make an ideal and educated purchase.
We have gone to great lengths to add detailed venue information, relevant links and more to this website to help you choose the tickets that are right for you. A lot of attention has gone into this website and to date, there have been countless revisions. Expect in the coming future much more to follow as we are not going to rest on our laurels; but instead continue to find new innovative ways to help our customers. |

We offer the lowest prices. We believe customer satisfaction is senior to profit. If you find tickets of comparable seat location advertised on another company’s website for less, call our customer service department for a custom price quote. While we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to beat the competition, we have been successful over 97% of the time. |

While every company has their own profit markup, each one higher or lower than the other, we know of no one else making such a claim. |

A full refund is issued if an event is cancelled. If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you are issued a refund for the full price you paid for the tickets. We believe anything other than this would be simply unfair to you. |

Surprisingly, many other companies don’t do the same. Carefully reading their Terms & Conditions, you will find that some either offer only store credit, or only the face value of the tickets (which could be substantially less than what you paid), or don’t issue any kind of refund at all. |

We understand how important your personal privacy is, as well as the agreements governing the usage of this website and placed orders. All packages are shipped via FedEx and guaranteed to be delivered. If your package becomes lost, damaged or undeliverable in time for the event; we will replace your order with comparable or better tickets at no extra charge, or issue a full refund. |
