Kickin’ News Registration A user can browse this website without entering any personal information, thereby remaining anonymous during the entire visit. The optional registration form requires you to supply contact information. We use this information to periodically send relevant information, newsletters and special offers. If in the future you prefer to not receive this service, you can simply indicate your preference within your personal account, or follow the removal instructions detailed in within our correspondence. Users may opt-out of receiving any communications from us at any time.
Shopping Cart This website uses an on-line shopping cart for customer order requests. We collect visitor's contact information (including, but not limited to their e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) and financial information (such as account or credit card details). All financial information collected is solely used for billing purposes. Any contact information collected is primarily used to communicate with the customer, as well as facilitate order fulfillment and to inform of any future special offers.

Communication From The Company Individuals who buy or sell tickets though our company will receive a number of e-mails throughout the requested process, as well as receive telephone calls from our customer service department to ensure a smooth transaction. Kickin’ News is a free subscription based service offering general website and company updates, new ticket and event availability, and special offers from time to time.
If a user wishes to subscribe, we ask for contact information including, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, areas of interest, etc. All contact information gathered is kept internal to our company at all times, and will not be sold or otherwise revealed to third parties at any time. In the event it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement (i.e. if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, event cancellation, etc.), users are not able to opt-out of these messages as they are not promotional in nature.

Additionally collected is your internet service provider (ISP), referring pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. If we need to contact you regarding an issue with your order, it will be attempted via e-mail and/or telephone.
Financial Information Financial information collected at time of purchase is done through secure servers, and is used for verification and processing of your order. Under certain circumstances, a copy of your credit card and drivers license may be required for purchases. When you make a purchase, you authorize Kickin’ Tickets, inc. to provide the necessary information to credit card and shipping companies to facilitate the order.
We do not share or resell your financial or personal information with any other third parties.
Security Precautions We have rigorous multi-level security measures in place, both on-line and off-line, in order to protect sensitive data given from all members against any unauthorized access.
